Storyline
A jaded hero from an earlier age. A village beset by a mysterious monster. And secrets as deep as the earth. When the villagers of Derevnya begin turning up maimed, suspicion falls on you. Track down the beast to clear your name and save the village—but to unravel the mystery, you will need to confront your own past. Nightwell Games' inaugural title is a survival-horror choose your own adventure set in the rich medieval world of Kievan Rus'. This 7-chapter illustrated choose your own adventure game/visual novel is 75,000 words long with four possible endings. There are over 200 meaningful choices in this game, including a customizable protagonist and 16 different unlockable backstories. It includes 40 high-res hand-drawn illustrations and a button-click interface. This package includes the complete downloadable game for Windows in 1920x1080 fullscreen format.
